Reporting a problem
It helps a lot to know:
- which tool you used (the page address is enough),
- what you expected and what happened instead, including any error message,
- your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone),
- roughly how large the file was and how many pages it had.
Please do not attach the document itself unless we ask and you are comfortable sharing it. For privacy, we would rather reproduce the problem with a test file.
Day pass and payments
If you bought a day pass and it did not unlock the server tools, email us with the time of purchase and the email address used at checkout, and we will sort it out.
Response time
We usually reply within a few working days (Korea time).
