Questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Merging runs in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent over the network, so the tool also works with the page open and the network off.

Is there a watermark or a page limit?

No watermark, and no sign-up. The practical limit is your device memory — large scanned files use more of it.
